摘要
用振动理论对MKⅡ琴弦式筛分机进行力学分析,建立了筛箱的运动方程,得到了筛箱的运动规律.同时,对筛的支承弹簧和轴承的动载荷进行了计算,探讨了曲轴的动平衡问题,解决了拉杆断裂问题.最后,用有限元方法计算筛箱梁板结构的应力,校核其强度.并对筛面进行了改进.
The dynamics analysis on a MK string type of screen was conducted with vibration theory. The motion equation of screen box was established, the motion law of screen box was obtained. At the same time, the dynamic load of supporting spring and bearing for screen was calculated and the dynamic equilibrium of crank shaft was discussed, the problem of tie rod breaking was solved. Finally, the stress of platebeam structure of screen box was calculated with finite element method, its strength was checked and the screen deck was improved.
