摘要
针对吴淞口水质在线自动监测系统位于感潮河道黄浦江河口,河水含沙量高,粒径小,极易导致设备管路泥沙沉积,藻类繁殖,影响系统的正常运行的情况,改进了水质在线自动检测技术。改进后的系统防止了底质淤泥对采样水质的影响,水样预处理采用2级沉降技术,系统管路和过滤设备增加了自动除沙、清洗和除藻功能,水样处理后能保持原来理化性质,具有良好的可比性,保证了自动监测数据准确可靠。
Because the automatic on-line monitoring system for water quality of Wusong Kou is built in Huangpu river estuary located at tidal river course, that river features high sediment concentration and small particle size can extremely lead to pipeline sediment deposition of equipment, algae growth, which influences normal operation of the system, improvement was made on automatic on-line monitoring technology for water quality.The system after improvement prevents influence of river bed silt from sampling water quality, water sample pretreatment adopts second level sedimentation techniques, system pipeline and filter equipment are added functions of sediment removal,cleaning and algae removal. Water sample after processing can keep physieoehemical property, offer good comparability, thus guaranteeing accuracy and reliability of automatic monitoring data.
