摘要
非核心业务采取业务外包形式的企业应该制定对其外包承包商服务质量考核办法,文章从管理层面和操作层面分别提出考核指标。
Enterprise should eatablish an appropriate Quality assessment of "non-core" activities oursourcing. This article relates Performance Indicator in management and operational level.
