摘要
随着我国经济形势的新发展,在分析黄河隐患防治的基础上,指出泥沙资源可开发利用,提出化害为利进行生态建设的构想及相关社会经济问题深入探研的思路取向。
Based on the analysis of prevention and control of hidden trouble of the Yellow River,a new thought is put forward to develop and utilize the sediment resources of the Yellow River in order to facilitate the ecological construction.
