摘要
心电图中QT间期能预测心律不齐引起的猝死,QT间期的准确检测很大程度上取决于Q波起点的准确定位。针对现有Q波起点定位方法存在的不足,提出一种基于等电位线识别的Q波起点定位方法。该方法通过对原始ECG进行预处理,主要滤除基线漂移和肌电噪声;然后提出差分法来确定等电位线的起点;最后应用夹角最小原理寻找等电位线与Q波衔接处的拐点作为Q波起点。经开放数据库中的数据检验,该算法能够定位Q波起点,与WFDB软件包定位进行对比,该方法平均误差为1个采样点左右。
QT prolonging or shorting in Electrocardiogram(ECG) can be used to predict sudden cardiac death caused by malignant arrhythmia,the detection of QT interval in a great extent depends on the accurate location of Q wave onset.According to the deficiency of present methods about Q wave onset location,a new locating method for Q wave onset based on isoelectric line recognition is proposed.Original ECG signal is preprocessed to remove the baseline wander and muscle artifact;Then,difference method is applied to determine the starting point of the isoelectric line;finally,the minimum angle principle is designed to find the inflection point which is the junction of the isoelectric line and Q wave as the Q wave onset.This method is proved to be able to locate the Q wave onset accurately by ECG data in open database.,compared with WFDB Software Package,the mean error of the method is about one sample.
