摘要
本文对20Cr2MoV钢粒状贝氏体在回火过程中的沉淀硬化效应及其强韧性进行了研究。与马氏体组织相比较,粒状贝氏体具有更强的沉淀硬化效应,可使冲击韧性激烈下降及脆性转折温度升高。但此脆性不同于马氏体的回火脆性,其断口呈准解理断裂,随着温度升高,此脆性逐渐消失。
This paper presents an investigation of the precipitation hardening of a granular bainite steel (20Cr2MoV) and its strength-toughness. In comparison with martenite microstructure, the granular bainite possesses stronger precipitation hardening, results in a radical reduction of impact toughness and increases the brittleness transition temperature, however, such brittleness is different from the temper-brittleness of martensite. The fracture of the former is quasi-cleavage fracture and its brittleness gradually disappears with temperature increase.
