综述了几种膳食纤维的功能特性及在食品中的应用情况,重点介绍了粉末纤维的特性及应用前景。
The functional characteristics and the use of a few kinds of meal cellulose in food are summarized,then the functional characteristic and the use prospect of celluflour are emphasized.
