摘要
思想政治工作是一种教育人的工作,教育人的具体途径虽然很多,但基本途径无非是两条:一条是通过语言,给人以启发,运用讲道理的方法去说服人;另一条是通过行动,给人以示范,也就是以自己的模范行为去影响人、带动人。这两个方面是相辅相成的,说得使人信服,做得使人佩服,才能给人以良好的教育和感染。政工领导要注重自己日常的言行举止,塑造自身良好的形象,用人格的力量来增强所队政治工作的效果。
The aim of ideological and political work is to cultivate a new generation.Although there are many methods of education,the basic ways are verbal communication and demonstrative behavior.In order to achieve a great deal,the two aspects must be cooperated and complemented.The leaders should pay attention to their own speech and deportment of everyday life and create good images so as to bring about a striking effect to political work.
