摘要
在香蕉茎尖培养的培养基中加入活性炭（AC）或与维生素C（Vc）配合使用均能改善外格体褐变情况。其中以AC2．0g／L＋Vc0．1g／L组合最佳。
In the shoot tip culture of banana, the brown of explants could be decreased by adding activated charcoal or by using both activated charcoal and vitamine C. And. using both 2.0 g / L AC and 0.1g/L Vc was the best choice.
