摘要
针对现阶段中国上市公司高管薪酬的现状,在监督约束高层管理者的同时,提出了相关激励措施,使高层管理者努力为实现企业目标而工作,达到经营者成长和企业绩效增加的双赢效果。运用相关性分析和回归分析的方法对2008年上市公司有关数据进行了定量研究,从不同国有股比例、高管是否持股和不同资产规模3个方面,得出了高管薪酬与企业业绩之间的相关关系,并提出了相应的对策。
It is always a focal issue to motivate superior managers.The present situation of superior managers′ payment in China was investigated.And corresponding motivating strategies were proposed to motivate superior managers working hard for companies′ objectives while supervising and restricting them at the same time.The win-win results of stimulating managers and increasing companies′ performance were then promising to be obtained.Correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to quantitatively study relative data of listed companies in 2008.The relationship between superior managers′ payment and companies′ performance was finally got in aspects of different state share ratio,share owned by top managers and different capital scale.Corresponding strategies were also presented for investigated companies.
