冠状动脉迂曲患者左心功能的超声心动图分析 被引量:6

ASSESSMENT OF LEFT VENTRICULAR FUNCTION IN PATIENTS WITH CORONARY ARTERY TORTUOSITY USING DOPPLER

摘要 目的探讨Tei指数检测冠状动脉迂曲患者的左心功能变化的临床价值。方法采用脉冲多普勒及组织多普勒显像技术对22例冠状动脉迂曲患者、30例无冠状动脉迂曲患者进行左心室Tei指数的测定,用二维Simpson法测定左室射血分数(EF),用脉冲多普勒测定二尖瓣血流频谱E峰与A峰的比值(E/A)。结果冠状动脉迂曲组左室Tei指数显著高于非迂曲组(P<0.05);左室EF、E/A迂曲组与非迂曲组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论冠状动脉迂曲患者存在左心功能受损;提示冠状动脉迂曲可能是左心功能受损的标志物。 Objective To evaluate the clinical value of inspecting the changes of ventricular function in the patients with the coronary artery tortuosity by applying Doppler Tei index.Methods The left ventricular Tei index were determined by applying pulse Doppler,the left ventricular ejection fraction were tested by two dimensional Simson,and the atrioventricular valve ratio of E/A were analyzed by pulse Doppler in 22 patients with coronary artery tortuosity and 30 normal controls.Results The left ventricular Tei indexes in the patients with coronary artery tortuosity were obviously higher than those in the normal controls(P0.05),but there was no statistic significance in the difference between left ventricular EF and E/A and normal controls(P0.05).Conclusion The patients with coronary artery tortuosity have changed left ventricular function.Thus,coronary tortuosity might be an indicator of impaired left ventricular.
