摘要
目的为提升医院感染质量管理水平,探索促使医院感染管理持续改进的途径,达到提高医院感染管理质量的目的。方法采取以卫生部组织的各种督察为契机,使用卫生部统一标准进行医院感染管理质量考核的方法 ,经过反馈与持续改进,提高医院感染管理水平。结果通过领导的参与活动,充分发挥医院感染管理者在感染控制领域的作用得到充分认可,进一步有效开展医院感染质量管理的持续改进,使医院感染管理水平上升了一个台阶,医护人员医院感染防控意识整体提高,明显减少了医院感染的发生。结论坚持依照质量管理持续改进的良性循环延伸下去,可以达到不断为提高医疗质量保驾护航的最终目的 。
OBJECTIVE To explore the improving method for hospital infection control to increase the control quality. METHODS By use of the good chance of the inspection, the guidelines of the ministry of health were adopted to improve the level of hospital infection control. RESULTS The importance of hospital infection control was realized by taking part in the inspection and the control quality was improved. The consciousness of hospital infection control of medical care workers was improved. CONCLUSIONS Insisting on the continuous improving of hospital infection control, the medical quality can be guaranteed.
