摘要
水分胁迫及ABA处理可诱导丰抗8号小麦幼苗及其悬浮培养细胞中44.2KD蛋白亚基的产生或大量合成。高浓度的Ca2+通道阻塞剂(Verapamil)处理丰抗8号小麦幼苗,可明显抑制水分胁迫诱导产生的44.2KD蛋白亚基的大量合成,而悬浮培养细胞中,20μM的异博定处理就可显著抑制由ABA及ABA+PEG所诱导的蛋白亚基含量的提高,说明Ca2+可能参与了干旱信号在胞内的传递过程;细胞对Ca2+通道阻塞剂的反应比幼苗更显著、更敏感。
Production or mass synthesis of 44.2 KD subunit in wheat seedlings and suspended culture cell of Feng Kang 8 was induced by water stress or ABA. Synthetic of 44.2 KD subunit in seedling of Feng Kang 8 was remarkably inhibited by highly concentrated Verapamil of Ca 2+ . The increase of 44.2 KD subunit content induced by ABA and ABA+PEG in suspension culture was obviously restrained by 20 μm verapamil. It demonstrated that Ca 2+ might involved in drought singal transmitting in cell, moreover the reaction of cell to ca 2+ passageway inhibitor was more remarkable and more sensitive than that of seedling.
