摘要
浙江永康市繁华地区深基坑开挖,属复杂环境下的石方控制爆破,为减小爆破振动对周边建(构)筑物的影响,在主爆区采取浅孔大、小孔径相结合方式的爆破方案;在爆区周边开挖减振沟、打减振孔及实施光面爆破;严格控制每次爆破最大单段药量和总装药量;并采取了近体防护与隔离防护相结合的安全防护措施。爆破效果达到了设计要求,其经验可供类似工程参考。
The engineering of deep foundation pit excavation in the downtown area of Yongkang, Zhejiang Province, belonged to stone controlled blasting in the complex condition. The following steps were adopted: combined shallow hole with big and small holes in the main blast area; carried out smooth blasting by way of digging damping ditches and holes around the blasting area; seriously controlled maximal segment charge everytime and the total amount of charge; took safety defence by close and separate defence. The blasting effects reached to the design request and the experience for reference could be useful for the similar engineering.
