摘要
提出了一种新型的柱面网壳拼装施工方法-旋转提升施工法,文中详细介绍了该方法的施工原理;结合一个具体工程,运用施工力学分析方法跟踪分析施工全过程的结构内力、变位和提升力;分析了提升过程中结构转动的加速度对内力的影响;对提升中不同步的问题提出了解决办法;并阐述了旋转提升施工法实施中的主要技术措施。
A new method named rotational lift construction technique was proposed in this paper. The principle of the method were presented in detail. The internal force and displacements and restraint forces in every stage of construction had been calculated by construction mechanics analysis. The effect of acceleration to the structural internal force had been analysed during the erection, A way had been offered to solve the problem of outer sync lifting, and had been described the key techniques.
