摘要
随着食品添加剂的使用越来越广泛,人们的食品安全意识逐渐增强,人们也越来越关注食品中使用的添加剂,其中防腐剂是最为重要的一类。本文对超市中销售的常见食品所使用的添加剂作了较全面的调查,着重分析了现阶段食品防腐剂的使用现状及其原因,同时展望了未来防腐剂的发展方向和天然防腐剂的应用前景。
As the use of food additives has become extensive, public awareness of food safety has risen sharply, and people have paid more and more attention on the food additives especially on the preservatives. A comprehensive survey was carried out on the food additives in food. Then, the application of preservatives and its causes were analyzed and the future development of food additives and the extensive application of natural preservatives was also prospected in this article.
