摘要
本文提出抑制无刷直流电动机电流换相产生转矩脉动的新方法——六相无刷直流电动机,由两套三相对称的绕组组成,其中A2相滞后A1相30°电角度,B2相滞后B1相30°电角度,C2相滞后C1相30°电角度。文章分析六相无刷直流电动机的工作原理,建立了六相无刷直流电动机的数学模型和系统仿真模型,并对其他可能出现的故障情况进行了仿真分析,结果表明六相无刷直流电动机转矩脉动较小且具整个驱动系统有较强的容错能力。
This paper puts forward a new method which suppresses torque ripple with current commutation. Sixphase brushless direct current motor is composed of two symmetrical sets of winding. Mathematical and simulation models are presented based on the operating principle of brushless DC motor and simulation analysis on other possible faults is carried out. The results indicates that six- phase brushless direct current motor has the ability of tolerating faults.
