几种红色叶植物叶的色素质量分数和解剖结构 被引量:7

摘要 以红色叶植物一品红(Euphorbia pulcherrima)、红叶小檗(Berberis thunbergii cv.atropurpurea)、吊竹梅(Zerbrian pendula)、紫叶碧桃(Prunus persica)为材料,并以大叶黄杨(Euonymus japonicus)为对照,对其叶片进行徒手切片,并测定了叶绿素和花青素的含量,从色素存在的部位分析了叶色呈色的可能原因。结果表明:大叶黄杨的叶解剖结构中上下表皮均无色,叶肉呈现绿色,m(叶绿素)∶m(花青素)=395.5∶1,叶子呈现绿色;紫叶碧桃叶片的上下表皮均呈紫红色,叶肉呈现绿色,m(叶绿素)∶m(花青素)=8.88∶1,叶子呈现紫红色;吊竹梅叶片上表皮无色透明,下表皮呈紫色,叶肉绿色,m(叶绿素)∶m(花青素)=26.05∶1,外观呈现背面绿色、腹面紫红色;红叶小檗叶片的上下表皮均无色透明,叶肉中的栅栏组织呈红色,海绵组织呈红绿夹杂的颜色,m(叶绿素)∶m(花青素)=2.79∶1,叶子呈现紫红色。一品红苞片的上下表皮均呈红色,叶肉组织含有较少的叶绿体,m(叶绿素)∶m(花青素)=1∶6.83,其呈现鲜红色。可见,叶片中色素存在部位决定了叶子最终的颜色。 The causes of forming colorful leaves of Euphorbia pulcherrima Willd, Berberis thunbergii cv. atropurpurea, Zebrina pendula, and Prunus persica were studied by determining the contents of chlorophyll and anthocyanin using Euonymus japonicus as the control. The locations of colorful leaves were also observed. Results show that the upper and lower epidermises of E. japonicus leaves are colorless but the mesophyll cells are green, chlorophyll/anthocyanin ratio is 395.5: 1, and the leaves are green. The upper and lower epidermises of Prunus persica leaves are fuchsia, the mesophyll cells with chloroplast are green, chlorophyll/anthocyanin ratio is 8.88 : 1, and the leaves are fuchsia. The upper epidermis of Zebrina pendula leaves is colorless and transparent, the lower epidermis is purple, mesophylI cells are green, chlorophyll/anthocyanin ratio is 26.05: 1, and the back of the leaves is green and the front side is fuchsia. The upper and lower epidermises of Berberis thunbergii ev. atropurpurea are transparent and colorless, palisade tissue is red and spongy tissue is a mixture of red and green, ehlorophyll/anthocyanin ratio is 2.79: 1, and the leaves are purple. The upper and lower epidermises of E. pulcherrima leaves are red, the mesophyll cells have less chloroplasts, chlorophyll/anthocyanin ratio is 1 : 6.83, and the leaves are bright red. Therefore, leaf color is dependent upon the location of pigment.
