摘要
目的总结足内侧皮瓣、足底内侧皮瓣修复前足及足跟部皮肤软组织缺损的临床效果。方法2002年6月至2008年8月采用足内侧皮瓣、足底内侧皮瓣修复前足及足跟部皮肤软组织缺损创面,临床应用23例,皮瓣面积为5 cm×3 cm^12 cm×7 cm。结果术后皮瓣全部成活,随访6~24个月,皮瓣质地良好,外形不臃肿,供区愈合良好。结论足内侧皮瓣、足底内侧皮瓣血运可靠,手术切取简便安全,是修复前足及足跟部皮肤软组织缺损创面的理想方法。
Objective To summarize the treatment effects for soft tissue at the heel and front foot using medial plantar flaps and medial flaps. Methods A total of 23 patients with soft tissue defect were repaired by transplantation of the medial plantar flaps and the medial flaps. The size of flap was about 5 cm × 3 cm - 12 cm × 7 cm. Results All of the flaps survived. After 6 - 24 months follow - up, the texture, appearance and function of the flap were good. Conclusion The medial plantar flaps and the medial flaps are suitable for clinical doctors to repair the soft tissue defect in the heel and front foot.
