埋地管道硬质聚氨酯泡沫防腐保温层失效模式及其故障树分析

摘要 为明确硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料防腐保温层的失效机理及失效模式,通过现场调研以及对相关因素进行分析研究,得到了硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料防腐保温层的主要失效模式;并在此基础上建立了该失效的故障树分析模型,实现了防腐保温层失效的定量化分析。此外,针对导致失效的主要环节,提出了防范硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料防腐保温层失效的对策。 In order to definite the failure mechanisms and modes of rigid polyurethane foam anti-corrosion heat insulating layer, field investigation and analysis of failure factors were carried out, and the major failure modes were drawn. The model of fault tree analysis(FAT) for rigid polyurethane foam anti-corrosion heat insulating layer was established, which realized quantitative analysis of the failure. For the key links resulting in the failure, some countermeasures are presented.
