摘要
作为水稻种子质量的一个重要指标,水稻种子纯度的检测对打击假冒品种和维护农民利益具有现实意义。为此,简要回顾了基于机器视觉的水稻种子质量检测的研究现状;针对检测中需要快速、无损和准确的要求,研制了基于机器视觉的水稻种子质量在线检测装置,其主要由落料机构、传动装置、光照箱和水稻种子排料机构组成。试验表明,该装置能实现水稻种子在线识别。
As an important performance of quality for rice seeds,purity of rice seeds need be detected to protect the interest of peasants.The research in rice seeds quality detecting based on machine vision is introduced briefly.An on-line detecting device for rice seeds quality based on machine vision is developed to meet the demands of precision,quickness and non-destructiveness.The system was composed of input material mechanism,conveying mechanism,CCD camera and output material mechanism.Final tests show that the device can detect the purity of rice seeds.
