摘要 在车用液力缓速器的研制中,采用逆向工程技术对液力缓速器的关键零部件叶轮进行设计分析。使用三维激光扫描设备和逆向工程软件,通过数据采集、数据处理、模型重建等过程,获得液力缓速器叶轮的三维模型,进而通过流体分析软件Fluent对液力缓速器内部流场进行数值模拟,分析了叶片数目对制动力矩的影响。分析结果表明所做的逆向工程和数值模拟是准确的,为快速掌握液力缓速器的设计和优化提供很好的途径。 During the hydraulic retarder' s design and development process, using the reverse engineering,the paper designed the impellers which are the key parts of the hydraulic retarder. Using coordinate measurement machine(CMM) and the reverse engineering software,by the process of the point cloud got, point data process and model reconstruction, the 3D model of the impeller of hydraulic retarder is obtained. Then the paper uses the fluent software to analyze the inner flow field of the hydraulic retarder, and how the brake torque is influenced by the blade number is analyzed. The results show that the process of reverse engineering and numerical simulation is precise, which can provide a good method for hydraulic retarder' s design and optimization.
