铜绿假单胞菌耐药机制的研究 被引量:5

Drug-resistant mechanism of Pseudomonas aeruginosa

摘要 铜绿假单胞菌是主要的院内感染条件致病菌,常常感染免疫力低下的患者,同时对多种抗菌药物耐药,多重耐药性是导致其治疗效果不理想的重要原因。主动外排系统及生物被膜的形成是铜绿假单胞菌耐药的主要机制,本文对铜绿假单胞菌5种耐药机制的最新研究进展进行了综述。 Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a main conditioned pathogen in the nosocomial infection,which usually infects patients with low immunity and is resistant to multiple antimicrobial classes. The multiple drug-resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa causes treatment failure. The main mechanisms are efflux pumps and hiofilm disease. This article summarizes the study progress on five drug-resistant mechanisms of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
