摘要
提出了一种新的基于振动检测的故障诊断方法,对运行中的特高压GIS/HGIS的机械故障进行了振动检测分析和诊断。提出了使用功率谱对GIS/HGIS振动信号进行分析和诊断,并通过普查的方式得到指纹图谱留作比对。通过在特高压长治站现场试验应用,证实了该方法对于特高压GIS/HGIS的机械故障检测诊断准确有效。基于振动检测的故障诊断方法对早期发现GIS/HGIS潜在故障及故障定位有重要意义。
This paper puts forward a new detecting and fault diagnosis method for the UHV GIS/HGIS. The mentioned method detects and diagnoses faults by detecting the vibration of the GIS/HGIS. The paper gives out to diagnose the GIS fault by power spectrum analysis first, and make fingerprints for the UHV HGIS by monitoring these apparatus. This method was first used in the UHV engineering project, which has proved its effectiveness and precise. This method would be of significance to find out potential faults and fault positioning of GIS/HGIS in early stage.
