摘要
特色数据库的建设是当前文献建设中一个突出现象,也是一个值得思考、探索的现象。从总体上看,目前特色数据库建设中存在各自为政的问题,取材标准、元数据标引等都不统一,共建共享水平不高。这种数据库建设中的混乱局面,不仅造成了极大的浪费,也给数据库的使用带来了困难。应当从建立一个领导、统筹、协调特色数据库建设的机构着手,建立一个有序的特色数据库建设市场,建设更高水平的特色库。
As an outstanding phenomenon of document construction at present, the construction of characteristic database is a subject worth thinking about and probing. Generally speaking, in the construction of characteristic database, each actor works in his own way. As a result, there are no unified sampling standards and metadata indexing, and the level of cooperative founding and sharing is rela- tively low. Such chaos in the construction of characteristic database incurs heavy waste as well as dif- ficulties in using database. An ordered characteristic database construction market should be built, starting from establishing a leading agent that plans and coordinates the construction of characteristic database as a whole, so that a higher-level characteristic database can be achieved.
