摘要
提出了新型智能时栅传感器非线性误差的自动修正方案,采用了PHILIPS公司的ARM处理器LPC2148作为主控芯片,设计了定位控制电路和USB通信接口电路。系统按闭环控制方式工作,重点研究了步进电机的单向逼近和双向逼近位置控制算法,并开展了对比实验。实践证明:系统定位速度快,定位精度为±1角秒。
A self-correcting plan for nonlinear error of new intelligent sensor-time grating sensor was proposed. The PHILIPS LPC2138 ARM processor was used as a major controlling chip. Positioning control circuit and USB communication interface circuit were designed. The system worked by the way of closed loop control. Mainly studied the position controlling algorithm of one-way and two-way approaching of step motor, and carried out some comparison experiments. Practice has proved that: the system can position fast, and positioning precision is +1 arc-second.
