摘要
介绍了在使用SolidWorks软件完成机用台虎钳装配体设计的基础上,利用其自带的Animator插件和COSMOSMotion插件制作仿真动画,实现机用台虎钳的虚拟装配及运动仿真。仿真结果直观、生动、形象,可以方便地用于多媒体教学,激发学习兴趣,便于学生理解知识,收到良好的教学效果,同时也为机械类专业虚拟教学模型的制作提供了思路。
The article introduces how to achieve the virtual assembly and motion simulation of machine-table vice with built-in Animator and COSMOSMotion plug-ins to make Animation, basing on the assembly design of machine-table vice with Sohdworks. The animation is intuitive and vivid. It facihtates multi-media teaching and stimulates students＇ interest in study. And it does great help for the students＇ understanding and obtaining good teaching effect. The animation also provides good ideas for the making of virtual teaching model in mechanical engineering profession.
