南水北调工程渡槽结构复合弯扭相关性分析 被引量:3

摘要 研究了南水北调工程中箱型和U型二种渡槽的复合弯扭相关性。在综合分析的基础上,分别对箱型和U型二种渡槽单-荷载下和复合弯扭下进行了分析,得到了相关性方程,并进行了分析比较。得出二种渡槽受纯弯时,荷载-位移曲线有明显的屈服平台,而纯扭时,屈服分界不明显。一定扭矩的存在可提高渡槽的极限抗弯强度,且箱型截面极限抗弯强度的提高程度比U型截面的大15%~20%,但扭矩过小或过大都会使极限抗弯强度下降,二种渡槽极限抗弯强度的减幅基本相同。弯矩的存在会降低极限抗扭强度,弯矩越大,极限抗扭强度减幅越大。破坏形态在扭弯比较大时,与纯扭试件相似,而在扭弯比较小时,与纯弯试件相似。得出的复合弯扭相关性的方程可为渡槽的设计提供参考。 Analysis on bending-torsion relativity of two section types of aqueducts in the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, box-shape and U-shape, is presented in this paper. By calculating the finite element models of the two types of aqueducts under single load and combined load, the relativity formula was obtained. Comparing the results of FEM analysis, it shows that: obvious yield point elongation was observed in load-displacement curves when both aqueducts were under pure bending, while the curves were more slick when pure torsion was added; when it was added on box-shape aqueduct, certain combined torsion increases bending strength by 15%-20% more than on U-shape aqueduct, while it also decreases bending strength of both aqueducts equally at the level of too low or too high; combined bending decreases torsion strength of both aqueduct, and the higher the combined bending level is, the more torsion strength decreases; the damage status of aqueducts when torsion/bending ratio is high is similar to that when aque- ducts are under pure torsion, while the damage status of aqueducts when torsion/bending ratio is low is similar to that when aqueducts are under pure bending; the bending-torsion relativity formula can be used in aqueduct design as reference.
