摘要
本文综述近三十年来国内外光学材料破坏研究发展状况,详细地阐述了表面破坏,杂质缺陷引起的热破坏,受激布里渊散射激发超声波造成的破坏,雪崩电离击穿和多光子吸收电离破坏,以及自聚焦引起的破坏的机理,及其各自的理论模型。
AbstractA comprehensive review of all damage mechanism of optical materials in the past thirty years is given, including the surface damage, the heating of absorbing inclusions and defects, the ultrasonic arose from stimulated Brillouin scattering (SBS) , collisional and multiphoton ionization, and selffocusing effect, and respective theory is made.
