摘要
有效课堂教学的基本要素是:良好的课堂教学氛围;素质全面的教师;学生在教学中的良好状态;科学、合理的教学内容;恰当的教学模式、方法和手段。有效课堂教学的基本评判标准是:预设性目标与生成性目标的统一;学生群体的共性发展与学生个体的差异性发展的统一;学生即时性发展与延时性发展的统一;学生发展与教师专业发展的统一。
The basic elements of efficient teaching in class include a good atmosphere or environment, teachers' comprehensive caliber, sound state of students in class, scientific and rational contents, and appropriate teaching styles, means and methods. And standards for judging the efficient teaching are unification of the predetermined goal and the generative one, of the development of students and individual differences, of temporary and future development of students, and of students' development and teachers' development of their majors.
