授粉次数对大棚番茄杂交制种种子产量与质量的影响 被引量:9

摘要 在番茄优良杂交组合"金棚一号"母本定植密度222.7株/hm2及双干整枝的情况下,研究1次授粉、2次授粉、3次授粉对保护地杂交制种效果的影响。结果表明,3次授粉的坐果率最高与1次授粉的差异极显著,与2次授粉的差异不显著;2次授粉的单果种子数、单果种子量、小区产量、发芽率及发芽势与1次授粉的差异显著,与3次授粉的差异不显著;种子千粒质量2次授粉的最大,1次授粉和3次授粉的差异不显著。2次授粉为最佳授粉次数。 Effects of pollination times on cross seed production of tomato in protected field were studied by employing the parents of tomato hybrid combinations - "Jinpengl" as materials to carry out three pollination times treatments by one time , two times and three times on female parent plants that their density is 222.7 plants/hm^2 and pruning way is two branches pruning , during the pollination period . The results showed that: the highest fruit bearing percentage is obtained by three times pollination, there is most significant difference than by one time pollination, not significant difference than by two times pollination; there are more significant differentce on the seed number per fruit, the seed yield per fruit, plot field , the tendency of seed germination and the rate of seed germination than by one time pollination, not significant difference than by two times pollination; the highest thousand seed weight is obtained by two times pollination, there is no significant different between one time pollination and three times pollination. Two times pollination is the best repeated pollination.
