摘要
74例麻风畸残者通过自我护理、安全生活及体育疗法,一年后Ⅰ级手及足畸残者感觉恢复各为3只,部分恢复分别为2只和6只,手部溃疡痊愈1只;手部有效率为14.3％(6/42),足部为14.7％(9/61)。对18例(21处)足底溃疡的预防效果较显著,有效率为47.61％(10处/21处)。Ⅱ～Ⅲ级畸残未见加重。作者认为此法对麻风畸残的预防是有效的,特别是防止Ⅰ级畸残加重。
Seventy four leprosy cases have received self-mediation and physical therapy for a year on the basis of a rehabilitation program. Of 42 cases with hand deformity of Grade I, six cases recovered the shallow sensa- tion on their hands, accounting for 14.3%. There were 61 cases with foot deformity of Grade 1, of which nine cases,17.4%, recovered the sensation on their feet. Of 21 plantar ulcers in 18 patients, 10 ulcers, 47.6%, healed. All of the deformities of Grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ had no exacerbation during this period of time.
