摘要
泡沫复合驱是埕东油田目前提高原油采收率的一项重要技术。泡沫复合驱采出液在进行化学沉降脱水时,原油脱水困难,污水含油量较高,分析认为主要原因是泡沫剂增加了破乳脱水和除油的难度。利用现场原油和污水样品,在室内进行了采出液破乳脱水和污水除油实验研究,优选出适合该区块的复合破乳剂和除油剂,并进行现场试验。试验结果表明,优选的复配破乳剂可对埕东油田采出液进行有效破乳脱水,脱水速度快,油水界面齐整,脱出水水质好;联合站油水分离正常,外输原油含水指标达到技术要求。新研制的除油剂除油效果明显好于目前油田用剂,脱出水完全达到污水回注含油指标。
Foam combination flooding is an important EOR technology in Chengdong Oilfield. As the existence of foam agent,the demulsification dehydration and sewage deoiling of the produced fluid become more difficult. Laboratory study was carried out with the field crude oil and sewage sample ,to screen out the composite demulsifier and deoiling agent suitable for the area.Through field test in Chengdong Oilfield ,it is shown that the produced fluid can be demulsified and dehydrated effectively. After the treatment, the indexes ofoil and water accord with the demands of transportation and reinjection respectively.
