摘要
合成了简称C18的十八烷基-2-氨基-2-脱氧-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖甙.通过π-A曲线研究了C18和GOD(葡萄糖氧化酶)的相互作用,并用光谱方法研究了转移的C18/GOD混合LB膜的光谱特性.从圆二色性(CD)光谱结果可以看出,固定在C18膜里的GOD二级结构发生了变化.低温荧光实验显示混合膜中一部分GOD仍然保持其天然结构,但另一些则发生了部分变性.
おlkyl 2amino2deoxyβDglucopyranoside called C18 was synthesized. The interaction between C18 and GOD (glucose oxidase) was studied by recording isotherms of monolayers. The transferred mixed C18/GOD LB films were investigated by means of spectroscopy methods. From the results of CD (circular dichroism) spectrum, GOD immobilized in C18 films will partly change their secondary structure. According to the low temperature fluorescence experiment, part of GOD in the LB film keeps native structure, others of them become partly denatured.
