摘要
针对某潜艇柴油发电机组联轴器断裂故障,进行故障勘查,系统地分析了联轴器的结构特点、发生断裂的内外在因素,并采用计算机软件对传动板作受力和强度分析,最终提出合理的处理意见。
Fault inspection is given to the broken shaft coupling in the diesel power set of submarine. Analysis is given systematically to structure caracteristics, the inner and outer factors leading to the broken and intensity of the gearing board when it is forced. At last a reasonalbe idea for dealing with the problem is put forward.
