摘要
针对以水作为介质的叶片泵内部泄漏的分析,建立了泄漏模型,分析了各泄漏通道的几何特点、运动特征和压差与泄漏量之间的关系。模拟各个泄漏通道的泄漏量,将计算的容积效率与试验测得的容积效率进行了比较,对各个泄漏通道的泄漏流量进行了分析,总结了影响容积效率的主要因素,结果为叶片泵的设计制造提供了理论依据。
The leakage model is established by the analysis to the clearance Leakage in Water Hydraulic Vane Pump . And it was analyzed the relation among the leakage rate and the leaking channels'geometric features , motion characteristics and pressure difference in detail . Each channel is simulated, and the volumetric efficiency which is calculated and the theoretical efficient volume are compared and analysised . The author sums up the most important factors to volumetric efficiency, whose research provides the oretical basis for designing the machine and methods for reducing the leakage rate.
