摘要
目的通过LIS系统形成一个可靠、适用、高效的检验业务流程,发挥检验仪器的自动化和智能化的功能,提高检验科室的管理水平和工作效率。方法采用一种以仪器服务器为核心的网络架构模式,由专门的接口管理程序对仪器进行集中管理,把采集到的结果数据上传至LIS服务器。结果实现多台串口检验仪器不同通讯模式的连接方式和LIS系统的各项功能,使LIS与HIS数据库无缝结合,检验数据资源全面共享。结论通过实践表明该系统是一个完整高效的检验信息系统,功能优于早期的LIS。
Objective To form a reliable, applicable and high-efficient laboratory workflow by LIS, and make full use of the roboticized and intellectualized functions of the instruments to improve the management level and work efficiency . Methods By using the network architecture mode based on device server, all laboratory instruments are managed by the special interface management program, which upload the laboratory results to LIS dalabase server. Results Realize the connection of different communication mode on many serial communication devices and many functions of LIS. Integrate the Database of LIS and HIS completely, and share the laboratory data resource adequately. Conclusion Compared with the former LIS, the implementation shows this system is one more highefficient and complete laboratory information system.
