摘要
知识管理是企业创新项目R＆D活动的重要部分和内容，也是其知识创新和成果创新的源泉和基础，知识管理绩效决定着企业创新项目R＆D活动的成败．基于此，论述了企业创新项目R＆D活动中的知识构成，阐述了企业创新项目R＆D活动中知识管理绩效的评价原则，并提出了其知识管理绩效的评价指标体系，运用DEA的方法对组织创新项目R＆D活动的知识管理绩效进行了实证评价，以提高企业创新项目R＆D活动的知识管理效率．
Knowledge management is the importance part and content of the R＆D activity of high-tech innovative project of enterprises, also it is the source and foundation of which knowledge innovation and achievement innovation are, and the knowledge managemen performance is determining on the success or failure of the R＆D activity of the enterprise＇s innovative project. Based on this, the knowledge form has been expounded of the R＆D activity of high-tech innovative project of enterprises in this paper, its appraisal principle is explained, and evaluation index system is also been proposed, The real example is taken to the information management performance of the R＆D activity of the organizational innovative project by the method of DEA so as to improve the efficiency of knowledge management of the R＆D activity of the innovative project.
