摘要
[目的]研究机械活化乙酰化淀粉用作尿素缓释膜,为在农业上应用机械活化乙酰化淀粉制作尿素缓释膜提供技术依据。[方法]采用浇铸法制备乙酰化淀粉膜,研究了取代度、铸膜液溶剂种类、铸膜液浓度和铸膜液温度对膜性能的影响。以淋溶法对包膜尿素释放特性进行评价。[结果]机械活化木薯乙酰化淀粉成膜性能好,工艺简单,操作简便;包膜尿素淋溶9次后尿素总溶出率为57.73%,比普通尿素的尿素总溶出率降低39.45%。[结论]用机械活化乙酰化淀粉包膜尿素后,对尿素态氮有释放有明显的缓释放作用。
[ Objective ] The purpose of this research was to study the acetylated starch from mechanical activated starch as controlled urea release membrane, to provide technique basis for acetylated cassava starch of mechanical activation as controlled urea release membrance applied in agriculture. [ Method] Acetylated starch from mechanical activated starch of membrane was produced using solvent casting method. The effects of degree of substitution, solvent species, solvent concentration and solvent temperature on membrane performance were investigated respectively. The study used the leaching method to determine the releasing amount and to appraise to the fertilizer. [ Result ] The acetylated starch from mechanical activated cassava starch had a good performance of becoming film, simple technology and easy operation. The total ure- a stripping rate of coated urea from acetylated starch from mechanical activated starch had reached 57.73% after 9 times leaching, decreased by 39.45% comparing with urea. [ Conclusion] Coated urea fertilizer made by the membrane material of acetylated starch from mechanical activated starch has remarkable controlling function for urea nitrogen release.
