摘要
通过液体发酵获得紫芝发酵液物质,从中制备了胞外三萜,采用管碟法试验了胞外三萜物质对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌以及黑曲霉和青霉的体外抑菌活性。结果表明,紫芝胞外三萜物质对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的生长均具有显著抑制作用;但对枯草芽孢杆菌、青霉和黑曲霉的抑制作用较弱。进一步研究结果表明,紫芝胞外三萜物质对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的最小抑菌浓度分别为30、30、60mg/mL,对黑曲霉和青霉的最小抑菌浓度分别为120、60mg/mL。
To test the antibacterial activity of triterpenoids from the fermented liquid of Ganoderma sinense,the in vitro antimicrobial activity of triterpenoids prepared from the fermented liquid of G. sinense on Staphylococcal aures( G^+ ), E. coil( G^- )and Bacilllus subtitis was investigated by using cylinder-plate method.The results showed that the triterpenoids had obvious inhibitory effect on the growth of E. coil and S. aures, however,the sample at the same concentration had little inhibitory effect on B. subtitis, A. niger and P. chrysogenum. The minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) of the triterpenoids to E. coil, S. aures, B. subtitis,was 30,30,60mg/mL, and the MIC of the triterpenoids to A. niger and P. chrysogenum was 120mg/mL and 60mg/mL
