摘要 为建立同时测定头孢噻肟与头孢羟氨苄的高效毛细管电泳(HPCE)方法,考察了缓冲液离子浓度和pH,分离电压,运行温度等电泳参数。通过正交实验,确立了最佳电泳条件:缓冲液为40mmol/L硼砂,pH7.5(6mol/L HCL调节),紫外检测波长210nm,分离电压20kV,运行温度20℃。结果表明,两种药物在12min内得到完全分离。方法精密度(RSD)为0.09%~0.19%(迁移时间)和1.23%~1.98%(峰面积),回收率98.94%以上。 A high performance capillary electrophoresis method has been developed for the simultaneous separation and determination of Cefotaxime(CFT) and Cefadroxil(CFD) . The effects of several facters such as the pH and concentration ot running buffer, the separation voltage and the running temperature on HPCE were investigated. In optimum condition , the running buffer consisted of 40 mmol/L sodium tetraborate buffer(using 6 mol/L hydrochloric acid adjustsd to 7.5) ,the UV detection wavelength was 210nm, separation voltage 20 kV , running temperation at 20"C . The results showed that CFT and CFD can be well separated within 12min. The RSD of migration time was 0.09-0.19%, and the peak area was 1.23%-1.98%. The average recovery was above 98.94%. The method is rapid,simple and accurate.
