摘要
以互联网为核心的现代传播环境,对社会行动结构和思维结构具有重构性作用,公共情绪成为媒介与社会的重要影响变量。公共情绪与社会风险互为表里,也是社会整合与社会协调的枢纽。在信息公开机制初步建立的条件下,公共情绪与大众传播之间的关系更加密切。大众传媒作为公共情绪的载体和"风向标",在嵌入社会和与社会互动过程中对公共情绪的表达与传播,是社会民主参与和社会整合的基本要素。对公共情绪的宣导与抚慰,是社会和谐的重要条件。尊重和张扬人的主体性,提升社会公共理性是大众传媒监测、表达、宣导公共情绪的基本前提。
Mass media, represented by the Internet, has great influence on human thinking as well as activities. When information is made more easily accessible to the public, mass media will be more closely related to public sentiment. Since the venting of public sentiment is an important requirement for social harmony, mass media should undertake the task on condition that they treat people with dignity and enhance the reasoning power of the general public.
