摘要
目的观察清热合剂对肺炎衣原体感染模型大鼠的保护作用。方法通过大鼠气管吸入定量肺炎衣原体建立大鼠肺炎衣原体感染模型。采用双抗体夹心酶标免疫分析法测定大鼠血清和肺泡灌洗液中IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α的含量。结果与模型对照组比较,清热合剂治疗组大鼠血清和肺泡灌洗液中IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α含量明显降低。结论清热合剂能够抑制肺炎衣原体感染大鼠血清和肺泡灌洗液中IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α的表达,保护肺炎衣原体感染的肺组织。
Objective To study the effects of Qing Re Mixture treatment on Chlamydia pneumoniae (CPn)-in- fected rats. Methods The rat model was made by CPn with a dose of 0.05 mL. The levels of IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α in serum and alveolar of rats were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method. Results Compare Qing Re Mixture treatment group with experimental group, levels of IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α in serum and alveolar all stepped down significantly. Conclusion Qing Re Mixture can inhibit the expression of IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α, which made a role of intervening and preventing the worse development from the lung damage.
