摘要
针对目前电力部门设备招投标管理面临的现状,提出采用基于COM+/Web Service的多层分布式数据库应用系统,并详细讨论了在设备招投标管理信息系统中建立COM+应用服务器和Web Service应用服务器的方法,实现了电力部门所有设备的招投标信息的科学管理,从而为管理者提供智能决策支持。
Through the analysis of the problems faced by equipment inviting and bidding management, the multi-tier distributed database system based on COM＋/Web Service is put forward to construct a equipment inviting and bidding management information system. It is discussed in detail that how to construct COM＋ application server and Web Service application server in a equipment inviting and bidding management information system. The system can be used to manage the equipments inviting and bidding information scientifically, and provide high efficient and accurate decision support for equipment inviting and bidding work of a building project.
