摘要
设计了一种集数据采集、处理和控制于一体的数显时栅转台全自动测控系统。介绍了系统的硬件组成及软件各个模块的功能,并给出了增量型数字PID算法的主要程序框图。本系统具有较高的智能化,能在无人干预的情况下自动完成仪器的标定和测试工作。使用结果表明,测试效率和效果达到了要求的指标。
A test and control system of full-automation high precision time grating rotary table with digital display is designed. It is characterized by data acquisition, processing and control. The function modules of the software and hardware are introduced, and the main block diagram of digit increment PID controller is provided. The system is intelligent and able to complete calibration and test without artificial interference. Results show that the test efficiency and effect can meet the requirement.
