摘要 立足于具有川菜识别特征的餐具开发,以造型形态设计作为着眼点,对当前餐具造型形态设计所具备的特征与造型手法进行分析,了解川菜餐具在造型形态设计方面的特色性要求,并以此为基础,提出了符合川菜餐具造型形态设计的造型手法,为设计师在后续川菜餐具设计实践中完成设计目标打下基础,同时为川菜菜系文化独特性的构建开辟一个全新的角度。 In order to promote Sichuan cuisine' s features, this paper focus on dishware & tableware design from the view of modeling conformation. Through design investigation, the scientific researches and investigations were made on two aspects: the present features of dishware & tableware based modeling conformation, modeling features' multiplicity trend of dishware & tableware design of Sichuan cuisine. On these foundations, some suggestions were put forward on the Sichuan cuisine's dishware & tableware design based modeling conformation which can be adopted by designers for better design and provide completely new view for studying how to promote Sichuan cuisine's features.
