超低温数码涡旋热泵技术

摘要 本文阐述了一种新的制热技术——谷轮超低温数码涡旋热泵技术(Copeland Digital Scroll Heating),该技术以数码涡旋技术为基础。在低温环境下(<0℃)提供热量以达到舒适一直都是一种挑战。可选的制热技术——锅炉制热、电阻加热、加大压缩机、利用变频器超速运转等方法如今都在应用,但是没有一种方法达到高效率。超低温数码涡旋热泵技术使得热泵能在低温环境下可靠地运行,并能以最节能方法提供额外的热量。本文说明了超低温数码涡旋热泵技术的工作原理、在空调系统中的性能以及应用的灵活性。本文也探讨了一些需要考虑的技术问题来设计和优化这项技术在空调系统中的应用。 This paper describes a new heating technology-Copeland Digital Scroll Heating, which builds on the Digital Scroll. Providing heat at low ambient conditions( less than 0℃ )for comfort application has always been a challenge. Alternate heating methods-boiler heat, electric resistance heat,oversizing compressors and inverter overspeed is being done today,but none of these options are efficient. Digital Scroll heating technology allows heat pumps to operate reliably at low ambient and also provides additional heat in the most energy efficient method. This paper explains how the Digital Scroll heating technology works, its performance in an air-conditioning system and the application flexibility. The paper also discusses some of the technical considerations needed to design and optimize this technology in an air-conditioning system.
