摘要
"应用"是一个素质词,既彰显了行为者的"素质",又显示了行为者的"能力",因此,以培养应用型高级专门人才为主要目标定位的应用型高校,应特别强调"应用"的能力和素质的培养,使其具备从事相关行业、职业的高技术要求工作所需要的理论知识、实践能力和综合素质。而在当前,应用型高校人才培养目标的定位要克服简单化的倾向,重视人才培养目标的生成性。
In writer＇s views, the ＂application＂ is a disposition word, it means ＂character＂ and＂ability＂ of a doer. Therefore, with localization of target of training Application-oriented talent, Application-oriented university should pay particular attention to training the ability of the ＂application＂ and making of the undergraduates, thus enabling them to possess the theories, the practical abilities and the comprehensive makings that one need when engaged in high technical work of the relevant profession, or occupation. At present, however, such universities should prevent the tendency of simplification when setting the target. Instead, they should value the generating of the target of talent nurturing.
