外源腐胺对油桃贮藏冷害的影响 被引量:6

摘要 【目的】为了给油桃抗冷害技术的研究及减轻油桃贮藏期间冷害的发生提供参考。【方法】以油桃品种"秦光二号"为试材,清水浸果为对照,研究外源腐胺(Put,10 mmoL/L)对油桃果实冷害发生率、冷害指数、内源多胺含量、乙烯释放量、呼吸速率、丙二醛(MDA)含量、相对膜透性等生理指标的影响。【结果】在0℃贮藏条件下,Put处理的油桃冷害比对照果延迟10 d发生,冷害发生率和冷害指数均极显著下降(P<0.01),内源Put含量在贮藏期间大量积累并于45 d形成高峰,含量为975.21 nmol/g,内源精胺(Spm)、亚精胺(Spd)含量均持续增加,乙烯释放量和呼吸速率均下降,二者跃变高峰出现均推迟5 d,丙二醛(MDA)含量的积累减少,相对膜透性增加延缓。【结论】外源Put对采后油桃贮藏冷害的调控作用明显。 [Objective] The research studied the effects of putrescine treatment on chilling injury of nectarine fruits during cold storage. [Method] With the nectarine variety "Qinguang 2" as tested material, non-treatment as ek, the effects of chilling injury rate, chilling injury index, endogenous polyamines content, ethylene production,respiration rate,MDA content and the relative membrane permeability were investigated. [Result] The results showed that nectarine fruits chilling injury stored at 0℃ was delayed for 10 days by exogenous putreseine (Put,10 mmoL/L) treatment,the chilling injury rate and chilling injury index were different from ek. The contents of endogenous Put level increased sharply during cold storage and reached a peak value after 45 days,reaching 975.21 nmol/g, spermidine (Spd) and spermine (Spin) level increased continuously, the ethylene production and the respiration rate were decreased, the respiration peak and the ethylene peak were delayed 5 d,the MDA content and the increase in the relative membrane permeability were slowed down. [Conclusion] The Put treatment has remarkable effect on nectarine chilling injury during cold storage.
