摘要
本文引入网络教育服务质量观, 深入主动学生服务的研究, 构建非学科性学习支持服务系统, 指导、帮助和促进远程学习者的自主学习, 提高远程学习者的学习质量和效果。本次研究旨在合理利用网络资源, 提供细致周到的个性化主动服务, 从而与学习者之间建立平等、关爱的和谐关系。
This paper introduces the view of quality concept in distance education service in order to have an in-depth research on active service. Building non-academic learning support services system can help and promote self-learning to those distance learners and improving their learning quality and effectiveness. The purpose of this paper is to use network resources to provide detailed and thoughtful active service, in order to build equality, love and harmony between learners.
